Payless Gives Shoes 4 Kids

Communities In Schools (CIS), Southeast Harris County is a non-profit organization that provides much needed social services to over 2,500 at-risk youth in the Pasadena Independent School District (PISD).

Many youth that receive services from CIS are often wearing shoes too small, too big or with holes in them. To many this may seem petty, but having shoes that fit can do many things for a child, raise their self-esteem, allow them to participate in P.E. or other sports and give them a sense of pride.

Through the partnership and generous donation from “Payless Gives Shoes 4 Kids”, CIS supplied 200 youth in PISD with vouchers for new shoes just before the holidays
